ALUMNI DAY INFORMATION

Camp Agawak has set aside August 7th for our Alumni to come and participate in “Alumni Day 2011”. We want to give our Alumni an opportunity to see camp in action and relive some of their Agawak day activities, campfire and the famous Blue & White Closing ceremony.

The tentative schedule is as follows:

9:30 Breakfast Welcome

10:00-12:30 Alumni activity sign up and first 3 activities. There will be 6 – 25 minute sessions. Skiing, Archery, Riflery, Tennis, Pinecones, Paddleboards, Sailing and Fishing)

12:30 Lunch

1:30-2:30 Alumni Campfire. Alumni will have the chance to teach some of their old favorite camp songs and a reflective keylog ceremony.

2:30-4:00 Second round of activities for Alumni

4:00-6:00 Blue & White practice. Alumni may relax and enjoy the beach as well as Blue Lake. Pontoon boat rides will be offered and swimming will be open.

6:00 Dinner

Evening Program – BLUE & WHITE CLOSING CEREMONY

We are thrilled to show off Camp Agawak while in session and to celebrate with our special alumni. The buildings, the activities and the people may have changed but the friendships, memories and the Agawak bond we all share remains forever. Hope you can join us for a day of fun.
